My Story

In the world of Revenue Operations, the term is often loosely used, sometimes even synonymous with Sales Operations. However, true Revenue Operations encompasses a much broader landscape, seamlessly integrating Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success Ops. My personal journey into Revenue Operations began with a spirit of discipline and excellence, honed as a 2x Team Captain for Duke’s wrestling team, an ACC Wrestling Champion, and NCAA Qualifier. This drive to excel propelled me into the corporate world where I’ve built a successful career with 16 years in sales & marketing, including 13 in Revenue Operations. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a self-taught mastery of Excel, I put myself on the market as an expert 14 years ago, quickly gaining clients and exceeding their expectations. This early success inspired me to delve deeper into reporting and analytics, honing my skills of driving insights from data.

From there, I was thrust into Sales Ops (as many are), where I fine-tuned my understanding of the intricate mechanics that drive revenue growth. After that, I moved laterally into Marketing Ops, gaining a comprehensive view of demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline management. Not stopping there, I also directed Customer Success Ops, learning how to maximize customer value and loyalty.

Today, as a seasoned consultant, my knowledge spans the entire funnel – from lead generation to deal closure (lead-to-cash), from marketing strategies to sales tactics, and from financial alignment to operational efficiency. I bring this 16 years of multifaceted experience to the table, ensuring that my strategies don’t just optimize one aspect but create synergy across your entire revenue ecosystem.
